Packsize Publishes 2026 ESG Report, Highlighting Progress Toward More Sustainable Packaging

Report details Packsize’s environmental, social and governance progress and the growing impact of right-sized packaging worldwide

SALT LAKE CITY [Oct 30, 2026] – Packsize, the market leader in sustainable, right-sized, on-demand packaging, today announced the publication of its 2026 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, detailing the company’s sustainability strategy, performance and key metrics for fiscal year 2025. The report reflects Packsize’s continued commitment to transparency, responsible business practices and creating long-term value for customers, employees, communities and other stakeholders.

The report highlights a transformational year for Packsize as the company expanded its global operations while continuing to advance its mission to deliver Smart Packaging for a Healthy Planet®. During 2025, Packsize acquired Sparck Technologies, began production at its new manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky, and opened its new European headquarters in Amsterdam.

Central to the report is the measurable impact of right-sized packaging. In 2025, Packsize machines produced 429 million right-sized boxes, helping customers avoid an estimated 90 million pounds of CO₂ emissions. The company continues to work toward its goal of right-sizing one billion boxes annually.

‍“Sustainability is inseparable from the value we create for our customers,” said David Lockwood, CEO of Packsize. “Every time we help a customer create a right-sized box, we have an opportunity to reduce unnecessary material, ship less air and make the supply chain more efficient. Producing 429 million right-sized boxes in 2025 demonstrates what is possible when operational efficiency and environmental responsibility work together. As Packsize continues to grow, so does our opportunity to create meaningful impact for our customers, our communities and the planet.”

‍The report also outlines Packsize’s broader ESG priorities, including responsible sourcing, facility and energy management, associate health and safety, community engagement, corporate governance and continued development of Scope 3 emissions reporting. The report was prepared in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and references relevant Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) topics.
